President Duterte : Together, Let's welcome change!

I voted Rodrigo Duterte simply because I knew back then that he was the only ideal leader who possessed all the the characteristics and qualifications to govern and take leadership of our country. Last May election, the majority of Filipino people elected him for the same reason that he was the right candidate among the presidentiables who can put our country on the map as progressive and well developed nation. With his good track records that are currently visible in Davao, suffice it to say, he is the kind of leader that we are longing for to serve our country with dignity.

On one hand, we are too tired to hear all the false promises of those trapos (traditional politician) who are always trying to win the interest of everyone by sugar coating their wrong doings and giving themselves a self- praise to make their names smell good even though it has been stained by their rotten records in public service.

These corrupt government officials are like a broken cassette tape who keep saying to and fro their pledges to people. But when it comes to performance and actions they are total failure in so many levels. They just ate what they said. They are too greedy for power but too weak for solutions to resolve our country's overdue national issues. This is apparently what set them apart from the newly elected president who cares for his constituents first before himself.

On the other hand, we are confident that the new administration will do an intensive cleansing to place all those culprits in the hell of retribution - to basically pay for what they did wrong to our people & to our laws. And with our President's courageous war against drugs, crimes, corruption and poverty, we can say that the true change has finally come.

The over 16 millions people who gambled their future on this man from Mindanao won't definitely feel regretful that they put the effective leader in Malacañang. And by effective, it means has proven records of good governance. As one of those who are truly believed in him, I can say that I have made the right choice.

The mere fact that Duterte delivered well when he was still a mayor in Davao, we can picture his strength as far beyond that he can also deliver, even doubly in the entire nation. 

His inspirational goals to lead our country into progressive nation give me more reasons to acknowledge this man with much respect he deserves. He is someone who we can look up to and we can say with high hopes that he is the only bigwig who we can rely our country's future on.

In spite of all forms of public scrutiny being thrown upon him by his halfwitted critics. -giving him evil names, accusing him of murdering number of people, and forming different groups to plot a demolition job against him. He still remains well respected leader by performing his duty accordingly which produces great results for the benefit of our country.

In today's generation, people are now all after leader's actions, great works and exemplary performances over family political background. Effectiveness of  leadership gains more heavy weight regardless how faulty a politician's mouth can be sounded like. We'd rather vote for someone who speaks Ill and throws sworn words at people as way of sincere reprimand for not doing the right job (in case of criminals, for not abiding the law) than those who hide behind the outdated method of persuading people to believe their questionable and substandard accomplishments through flowery words in exchange of poor public service. 

Gone are the days of false promises and all barks but no bites way of leadership that we have usually seen from the nonsensical politicians. Filipinos are clever. We are tired of the same old school version of government. We need change, we need effective leader who can make a difference, and we need a leader to whom we can rely our problems on without question ask. Dare we say, we are badly in need of someone like our newly elected president.

No wonder why majority of Filipinos had catapulted him on the pedestal of presidency because of his greatness that even his proven track records in politics for more than a decade can speak for itself.

To our beloved President Duterte, our belated yet sincere congratulatory goes to you.  We are all believers of your braveness and dedication to overcome all the challenges that your administration might encounter in the future. We know that your are ready and well prepared to combat all the trials that coming your ways for the betterment of each and every Filipino.  And we do hope that during your term, The Philippines would be the better place to live in.
